Rezeptiona
AI voice agent that answers phone calls for craftsmen businesses.
The problem
A plumber on a roof cannot answer the phone. The caller rings the next plumber, and the job is gone before anyone knew it existed.
- Customer calls
- Nobody free
- Calls a competitor
What I built
- 01A German voice agent that answers the trade business phone at any hour
- 02Dispatcher questions that turn a call into a job
- 03Every call lands as a record with transcript, task and next action
Features
Call inbox
Every call tagged by what it needs: emergency, callback, appointment.
Job file
The caller, the extracted task, and the German transcript.
Dashboard
Open callbacks, escalations, and a pending appointment in one place.
Booked week
Appointments the agent took from the phone.

The hard part
Turn-taking
Wait for silence and the agent sounds slow. Answer too early and it sounds broken. Speech, model and voice stream over one socket, and a predictive turn detector decides when the caller has actually finished. The same pipeline serves a real phone call and an in-browser test call, so the thing being tested is the thing that ships.
